'Last edited' error
This is presumably caused by the recent database restoring, but I've just posted a message (Today, 3:23 PM) that says:
Last edited by Kyanges : Today at 2:11 AM.
I'm wondering if the 'last edited' table needs to have a few entries trimmed for the messages that disappeared.
The same just happened to me, I just posted a message in NS at about 5:10pm, and it says 'Last edited by Xeraph : Today at 3:48 AM.' beneath it. Weird, eh?

We've spotted a few of these around, even in places where they couldn't possibly have edited the posts in question. Safalra is almost certainly correct that it has to do with the recent work on the MySQL tables, but we have no way to verify or repair that. Guess we can try living with it for a while.

I think it's more than that. I think the database has just gone FUBARed. Earlier I clicked on a specific-post view in a thread, and it ended up loading another completely unrelated thread's post.
Some of the posts in here I've also noticed exist, but have no posts in them.
I'm concerned that something is about to go *snap*. :eek:

Threads and posts are handled separately (look at the URLs) - I guess there are separate tables for each. Which makes me wonder if these ghost threads will suddenly become populated with new messages once messages with the same numbers are posted elsewhere.
