After discussion in another thread, it has been observed that the rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465) for proposal submission are linked from the proposal submission page, but not the repeal page. In fact, the repeal page has no mention of any rules whatsoever. Is there any way we could have a link to the rules added into that page too?

Sorry if this is an unnecessary gravedig, but I was in discussion about this recently, and realized it's still a problem. If it's not too much work for the admins, it would seem like a useful idea, especially as a) some rules apply only to repeals and many rules apply to repeals as well as proposals and b) it often seems like the majority of proposals submitted are repeals, and a substantial number gracing the Silly Proposals thread are repeals.

Admins have been RL busy of late. Not many changes are being implemented. It's been raised to them, and I think it's on the To Do list.
