I was wondering how some people get "custom" titles for their nation. Like one example would be The Rooty Tooty Fresh Fruitiness Of Boodonia. The Rooty Tooty Fresh Fruitiness is not a title you choose. How do you get a custom title? I would like to know how so I can change my title from The Empire Of Kippl to something more of my liking. I see so many other nations with "custom" titles and I would like to know how to get one.

How do I get a custom nation type?

Nations with populations over 500 million can write their own pretitle. Others, however, must choose from the drop-down menu.

Oh sorry I didn't check the FAQs. I knew It had something to do with population though. Thank you a lot for the info.
