Could someone from the NS crew please tell me what the character limit (including spaces) is for NSUN proposals? This subject has been discussed several times in off-site forums, with estimates ranging from 3100 to 3500. It would be nice to get an official answer so we could put the issue to rest.

You can actually test it. It's 3,500 characters, and I think line breaks count as two characters.

That would depend on your operating system. Windows will send carriage return + line feed, which is two characters. Everybody else just sends a line feed.
And yes, the limit is 3500 characters.
