Is the Nation's Major Industry chosen on random? Because mine is Trout farming which makes neither any sense, or a cool sounding industry.

Near as I could tell, it is chosen at random at first. After a few issues though, it will start to change, especially for you since I can't think of any that effect trout farming. Worry not, for soon, arms manufacturing, uranium mining, and gambling will take root in your country and displace those pesky trout farmers. And to spead up your nation's loss of innocence, may I recommend setting your issues per day to 2 everyday.

Yeah I did that. The first thing i did was legalize Euthanasia. Mwahahahahha.
Also, when does your population start to grow? It's only my second day playing, but I thought it grew daily.

there's some type of bug right now with NS. Some nations are reporting that their population hasn't gone up in a few days. The admins are working on it right now i believe.

oh.... but aren't they also reporting that they're not getting any new issues? Because I got my one from yesterday and my two for today. Strange.

OOC: Incidentally, one of the Mods said on a previous occasion that 'Trout Fishing' could actually be taken to mean 'Fishing, of all kinds' in this context.
