Hi all. This is the President of the People's Republic of Hangup. I have a problem, and I am hoping you may be able to help me sort my issue out.

I have received your email for verification purposes, but when I click on the link enclosed, note that I do click the link, and its intact, I get a message stating that The email verification failed. It says that if it continues to fail, submit a getting help request.

This is a major problem for me, and I do not understand why it is occurring. Like i say, the link is intact and complete, so i am confused.

Your help would be welcomed.

Despite the fact that your email validation says it failed, it succeeded. It's for validating your ability to post, and you just posted.

Cool! :rolleyes: Is there any way that could be corrected, since it will mean that you get more people requesting help like this, when it doesn't (look) like it worked! Again, thank you for your help though. At least I am here.

We've been trying to get that corrected for months now, but the error is not on our side. It'll take Jolt to fix it.

I was having some issues with that earlier when I was trying to change mine, but I guess it worked.
