Just a quick question, as I'm not quite sure how this works. When we first create a nation, and Page 2 of 2 asks us our positions on a few issues, is there any way to go back and change our choices after our nation is created? It's not a big deal if we can't, I was just wondering if there was a way to do it that I overlooked.

No, you cannot

While you can't change your answers to the original questions, you can make your nation go in any direction you want by using the issues. If you answer them in a different way than you did the original questions, your nation will move in a new direction.
