Hello! I'd like to use an image as an avatar, but I have no clue how to put it in. Does it have to be on the net or can I upload from my computer?

In other words, only mods get avatars.

Ask Eutrusca (22,569), Legless Pirates (19,101), Sdaeriji (17,161), and the other "Honorary Spam Forum Owner" top spammers ... err ... posters ... why they haven't bothered posting one. Those rules may apply to the wider Jolt community, but not to NationStates.

Or maybe you could do it the way we used to before the move to jolt: just put your pic at the bottom of every post you make: url. :D

Note: You can't do this in your sig though.
