NationStates Jolt Archive

I'm not sure if this is the place for this...
I want to add an avatar to my forum info but it won't let me. It only gives the option to have no avatar.
Is there a way to change that or do I have to suffer with this boring blank space?

Sorry, only Nationstates Moderators and Administrators get avatars... I know Jolt has different rules for its own forums, though I BELIEVE you have to pay to get one there.
