it was this one but without the [NS] in front of it, any idea if/how I can get it back?
I had a similar problem. Best guess would be to, instead of going to the forums directly from the site, to go to the forums url and log in manually. That's what I have to do because of an error on my part, but it's really not that bad, especially if you use cookies to auto-log in on the forums.

IT's possible that one of us can email the Jolt admins to ask for a merge between the two accounts, but they've been notably non-responsive to us. Seems to me several NS members found a 'contact the Jolt Admins' space somewhere and got quicker service.
If nobody comes up with a suggestion, bump this topic in a couple days and I'll give it a go.
