Please, any help would be greatly appreciated by this newbie Nation!
1. Go to the nation page you wish to telegram.
2. Type your telegram into the box at the bottom of the nation page.
3. Click "SpellCheck" if you want to check your spelling.
4. Click "Send".
5. Your telegram has been sent.
To find a nation page, search the world for the nation, find it from a region page or a link from their telegram or your dossier, or visit http://www.nationstates.net/nationname, where "nationname" is replaced by the name of the nation.
