UN/Email Confirmation

I requested UN membership my first day on January 26th. It was granted January 27th with an attatched telegram stating that I would recieve a confirmation email and that I should follow all steps on the email. The email that I recieved, however, told me that I couldn't post until I verified my email and said nothing about the UN. Now it won't let me verify my email address either. I also still have not recieved my confirmation email. I've been trying to fix this on my own since the 27th, but have found that I can't. Can someone help me figure out A) how to confirm my email, and B) where my letter is? I know it wasn't blocked by my spam blocker, because I searched my spam folder about twenty times. Thanks.

You didn't hear it here. We've had no reported problems with Verizon.
Stop giving out definitive advice when you don't know definitive answers, Irish Nations of Meame. I'm getting tired of correcting your misinformation.

No, there was a thread about a Verizon user looking for UN confirmation. I'll see if I can find the link.
EDIT: It was password reminder e-mail: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=464543

I haven't been able to verify my e-mail address either. Every time I try I get this: "Uh-oh
Your email verification failed. Please check to ensure that you have copied the entire URL to the locaton bar in your browser.
If you continue to have problems. Please submit a getting help request." I can get on the forums without a problem, but I'm not getting accepted as a member of the UN.

Since the only purpose of the email is to validate your ability to post ... and since you've now posted ... it worked.
This is a common error. We're hoping to get it fixed, but in the meantime, just ignore those failure messages if you can actually post.

I tried to join the UN. but never got the UN verification email. My email account is at verizon.net. I have gotten mail from Nationstates, so I don't know what the problem is.

Then may I inquire as to what else I need to do to join the UN? I've pressed the button applying to join, I've received the telegram saying
The United Nations is pleased to invite The Allied States of The Kurini Plateau into our hallowed halls. An e-mail will be issued within the next few hours to the address you supplied: to confirm your acceptance of this great honor, simply follow the link it contains.
and I've received the e-mail which it refers to. But when I follow the link in that e-mail as I'm directed to, I get the error message, and now, 4-5 days after I first applied, and despite several attempts to reapply, I show that I'm still not in the UN, I can't endorse people in my region for UN delegate, nor can I be endorsed myself. :headbang:
