Nation Revival Request

Some of my puppet nations have ceased to exist, which is bizzare because the last I signed in for a group of them all at the same time a while back and only this bunch got deleted while the others remained. Don't know which way was supposed to happend, but would like these nations revived if possible, thank you:

Technically you should make nation resurrection requests through the Getting Help page to which the FAQ links.
