Sometimes when you click on a nations name in the forum, it will give you a drop down and options to see profiles, see the persons page....but it only works when I try some of the time. Has anyone else had this particular problem? Or am I just clicking incorrectly?

Everyone is having the same issue. It's a problem with the Javascript code in the forums, and there's nought we can do until somebody at JelSoft writes a fix.

There used to be a sticky on this - no idea what happened to it.
