A Question about UN Multiing

Say we have 'Nation A'

'Nation A' is a UN delegate, controlled by 'Player 1'

'Player 1' gives control of 'Nation A' to 'Player 2' at which point the E-Mail address is changed

Now say a week later 'Player 1' decides to admit 'Nation B' to the UN

Now during this whole time neither Player 1 nor 2 had control of more than 1 UN nation. Would they still get booted for UN Multiing.

Imagine if you will that there was no such thing as a hypothetical question.

(It probably wouldn't be a problem. It shouldn't register as a multi. But you shouldn't share nations, and there are too many imponderables to state it as a ruling.)

Would you say that the decision would be influenced by the amount of time elapsed between the last time "Player 1" accessed "Nation 1" and when "Player 1" activated UN membership for "Nation 2"?

Furthermore, what if both players have already had a history of accessing "Nation 1"? What I mean is that both players jointly control the nation for a certain amount of time prior to one nation "giving" the other sole control of "Nation 1". Would that make a difference to the mod ruling?

(Sorry for the hypotheticals.)

I was under the impression that it was IP addresses that were used to track UN multiples. If that is the case, unless both player 1 and 2 use the same computer I doubt the game moderators would even notice, nor care if they did.

If you think about it... It's just like you yourself switching UN Nations. If there's not more than one UN at a time on a computer, the mods have pretty much treated that as okay. But the problems come from people taking nations that have been in trouble in the past and having to now assume responsibility for those previous warnings.

There are more things than the IP used to track multies. The IP is just the most obvious one. The others are not revealed. They can detect multies easy.
