I have had a total of three issues sent to me during my time here. My first issue is also the third issue. I am unsure if this is a bug/glitch or if it happens all the time. If you could let me know that would be great. Thank you!

Given your size of 6 million, 3 issues seems about right. You'll get more issues as time goes on. :) And yes, issues will repeat. Was just a bit of bad luck that you got the same thing within a day or two.
