Um, I've been noticing some problems trying to get into the UN.

I'm running a 1.5 mpbs T1 connection, and whenever I try to click on the UN link, my browser says that it keeps trying to connect to nationstates.net However, I can still access other areas of the site (though it does run somewhat slowly, which is unusual on my internet connection). I hope you can help get the UN working again :)

There is an element of your nation that is tied to the forums. When the forums are down, anything that accesses that element is slowed down immensely. (The Mod Centre slows to a horrible crawl, in fact).

Given that the forums have been extremely annoyingly flaky the last several days, for reasons totally out of our control, I'd guess that's the culprit. I don't know for certain that the UN accesses that section of your nation, but it fits the symptoms.
