Beginning yesterday, January 16th, the option to "List all nations" in any given region no longer produces the list of nations in alphabetical order. Is this an unforeseen bug, a newly changed feature, or something else entirely?
If it is a bug, how long can we expect before it is fixed? If it is a new feature, then what purpose does it serve and in what order are nations now listed? If it is something else, what is it?
