Is it possible to have a feeder-region that's gets newly made accounts?
If yes, could I get only one nation coming in a day, or a set number?

The north, south, east and west pacific have no founders as they are the original regions of the game, but 'THE PACIFIC' says 'FRANCOS SPAIN' was the founder and you can't click on his nation. Why???

The delegates of The Pacific have chosen to designate Francos Spain as the founder of their region. In reality, there is no founder. Additionally, the nation Francos Spain died quite awhile ago. But as they can make their WFE say there is a founder, it will say that.

Perhaps in NS2, new-nation feeding will be a possibility.
Until then, only the Pacifics can do this.
