Updates Question

I have a query about updates that i couldn't find answered on the FAQ's.
I thought updates occured between 5:55 and 10:00am GMT, however i cannot find one region that has been updated yet and was just wondering if the system has changed at all?

13 minutes ago: The Kingdom of UtopianDreams2005 became the Delegate for Utopian Dreams 2005 Forever.
13 minutes ago: The Holy Empire of Von Kleve replaced The Rogue Nation of Titanic Survivors as Delegate for The Freakin Islands of Fire.
13 minutes ago: The Republic of Woolworth ceased to exist.

Sarcasm noted. There is more that slows updates. Not just forum problems. Seems like the update randomness is finally kicking in. And yes, it screws up my gaming plans as well.

Can you tell me if their is any kind of order to which regions get updated, are the regions updated in size order, i.e, the biggest first? :)

They've always impacted the game. We just don't mention it all that much, because it's sorta obvious when you look at your nation page.

Anyway, Updates are random. I don't think the size effects the update time at all.
