Wow, the most connect errors in the world. :-) Seriously though, is this just a random occasional error, or a slightly more serious bug?

You refreshed your nation page just as Salusa was taking the game down and bring it back up for a quick maintenence upgrade. Your nation data was already (or still) up, but the regional ranking index had already gone down (or was not yet up).
It's fine now.

The upgrade's been rolled back. Things combined in a disasterous way. We're going to review (again) all of the patches and figure out what went wrong.
