this would be an interesting effect that could be added, with out much code change. Example: I somehow made my youth exempt from criminal charges, i remember reading one of the options that did that. i thought i chose something else. like force them all to work at underpaid jobs or something.
but anyhow, I'm thinking maby keep the last 2 issues that have been resolved.
just an idea.

well i'm dumb. so just delete this thread. I read somewhere that the issues that are chosen are not saved like i though they were.
