Well, i don't. I'm not set on vacation mode, and i have 2 issues per day on. However, I've amassed a total of about three issues in the past two weeks. Any particular reason why this is happening, or does my computer just hate me?

When you move out and back in all UN endorsements will come back and if other nations in your region are curious, just tell them why you did it.

So if you're Delegate, your position will be back, but beware of the update!
