I don't know if this has been suggested before. I know there's a 'To Do' list, and I don't know if this is on it, or if so how high a priority, but I thought there's no harm in flagging it up. Would it be possible to edit the proposal submission page of the UN page, to include the suggestion that people first post a draft in the forums? I know it's not 'NS policy' to make people do so, but it really is a good idea to do that. Just a thought. It could have a link to the forum as well.
