Missing Flag In Drop-Down

This isn't all that much of an issue, but I noticed that, in your flag drop-down list (in the national Settings page), though there are flags for Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia, and even non-nations (Island of Man), there is no flag for Serbia And Montenegro or for Yugoslavia. It's not that big a deal, but I thought I should point it out (I'm Serbian, so I was searching for my flag). Hope it helps.

Yeah, there's a few missing (Libya is too, I believe). At this time, I don't think there's any plan to add them. With the ability for players to upload custom flags, it's viewed as less of an issue.
Oh, and for your information, the Isle of Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isle_of_Man) is a self-governing democracy.

Flags were generally included as standard if they (a) are well-known or (b) look interesting. The idea was to provide a nice selection of different designs, not mimic the real world. Many countries aren't represented simply because their flags don't look particularly unique and I suspect Serbia & Montenegro (http://www.flags.net/SEMO.htm) fell into this category.
