Hello. I was just wondering how I would go about creating a region. Please tell me.

Hello. I was just wondering how I would go about creating a region. Please tell me.
1. Go to your region page (http://www.nationstates.net/region=syndicate).
2. Click on the 'move to a new region!' link.
3. Click on the 'Create a new region' link.
4. Find a unique name, and you're done.
