NationStates Jolt Archive

So I have Juche Resistance set to receive two issues per day. I've played this game for a while as various nations before Juche Resistance so I'm already used to the game.
Today though, I have encountered my first problem, currently, it is 8:06 PM and I have not received the second issue for the day so far. I only have received one issue. Is there any way to fix this?

The second issue comes at the second update. They don't occur 12 hours apart, and vary for when they do occur. Try again tomorrow.

I've had a similar problem with mine... put setting to 2 issues per day but i am yet to receive more then 1 per day, since changing the setting 2 days ago.
