When I answer an issue and then click on any other page and go back to the issues page it still says the issue is unaddressed. Why is this and what can I do to stop it happening?
Thanks.

I only think this happens every once in a while. I'm not sure bit i think it is related to the Temp Directories Cookies. Try clearing them out and then log into your nation.

If that doesn't work them i'm at a loss....

It's a page cache issue on your local browser. The fact that our pages are in frames makes it a bit more difficult to resolve.

To normally refresh a page, you just click the refresh button or hit F5 on a Windows machine. That doesn't always fix pages in a frameset. You can do several things: Hit Ctrl-F5, which should refresh the entire frame, but will take you back to the nation page. Click your mouse into the relevant frame (the three frame elements are the Top bar, Left menu bar, and Main page) and hit Alt-F5. That refreshes the specific element. Right-click in the frame you want to refresh and select Refresh Frame or Reload Frame. It may be buried in a sub-menu. As a last resort, log off and back on. That will give you a new (cache-defeating) URL. Each frame element has a 5 digit number that is designed to prevent browser page caching: http://www.nationstates.net/76063/page=dilemmas. That number should be renewed every time you logoff and login, fooling your browser into thinking you are looking at a different page. One of those will resolve your problem. Good luck.
