Greetings,
Just tired to replace an old flag with a new flag several times. It won't upload. New flag meets maximum size requirements (in pixels and kb). I've changed flags several times in the past without any issues. Is there something I and doing wrong or is this a genuine glitch?*

Hehehe! Figured it out - it takes the NS server a minute of two to actually change the image file on the server. Silly me! Never mind. :D
