Something Strange
It seems that my nation suddenly drops in population, from, say... 1.206 billion to 1.02 billion. What is wrong?

The only possible reason I can think of would be you had the population bug, and a moderator discovered it and reset your population.

oh! Idea: When your population ends in a 0, NS drops the zeros. So it can look like your population went from a 4 digit number to a 3 digit, or even 2 or 1 sometimes. But in reality, the population is increasing every day.
Example, 1.240 billion would = 1.24 billion in your nation's description.
So if your population randomly lands on such a number, it looks a little weird.
