Hail everybody!
I noticed that in the set of the real flags, the rwandan flag is wrong! I don't know if the one displayed is an old one (it jumps out in every search on the web!), but now I'm ABSOLUTELY SURE that is this one:

Embliria is technically correct - though I don't know whether or not this is the correct place to discuss it, or whether it's something that can even be changed.

But for what it's worth, the Rwandan flag currently available on Nationstates is the pre-genocide flag used from independence in the '60s through to the mid-90s. The link he provides displays the current post-genocide flag.

Whether the old flag currently available has any negative associations due to the 1994 genocide is something I can't answer, but is perhaps something worth considering.

The really old one with a R on it does, I think. It should be changed anyway, if only for accuracy's sake.
