Im not exactly sure what "kb"[s] are, but its says the flag needs to be 10kb or less. and i guess the one im trying to put up isnt. so i want to know if theres a way i can see how much kb the picture is using or whatever [i use paint] and how i can get it to 10kb or less...thanks

If you open up the folder the file is in and look at it, it will usually tell you the size. It needs to be less then 10 kilobytes, as you've seen, and sometimes just a tad less then that.

KB is kilobyte, while Kb is kilobit.
If you are unsure on the size of your file, save it, click with the right buttom of the mouse in the file, go somewhere there (probably properties) and find out...
