I've played for quite a while before but then I decided to start a new. I've never used my 'dossier' before though, and would want to know what exactly is it used for.

I've put some nations in my 'dossier' but all that it shows for 'intelligence' is when it was last active, what region it's from, and if it's a UN member or not.

It seems like this dossier is meant for friendly nations, not unfriendly nations... Am I correct to assume that?

It is for nations you want to keep an eye on.

If you want to know the last time they were on, you can check your dossier. If you want to send them a TG quickly, you can do it easily by clicking on their name rather than searching the World for it.

In the invader/defender world, they can be used for keeping track of invader/defender nations (see if they are invading somewhere or defending)

puppetmasters can also use it to keep track of their puppets

It is sorta like a "favorite list" or a "bookmark list" for nations.

You gave me a good idea on what to do w/ my dossier, it was useless until now...
