I have a puppet that is creating a regional government along with some other nations, I desire to start up a forum for said Region, however I have not the slightest clue where to start. Is there any website that will offer free forum use for NS regions? I know that alot of regions have their own forums and I cant imagine that ALL of them are programmed from scratch or are paid for ... please help if you can. Thank you and your help is appreciated.

I am sorry but I just have no clue as to where this should go.. if you wish you can delete this if its easier and I will just repost on Gameplay if thats better...
