I have a few "Nations" with the same email address I resigned with one and applied to join with the other.
Will this cause me to be rejected with my new application ?

if you first resigned your one UN nation, and then applied with the other, should be just fine. sometimes if you do it too fast after one another you can get a telegram saying it was rejected because there is another nation with a UN email and the same address or something (can't exactly remember the text, but yeah, talking from experience) but all you need to do then is reapply and you will get it.
