Pretty self explanitory, I have seen way larger flags around, and was just wondering how I could get myself one of em...

As it happens, the pixel size requirements on the flag upload page aren't actual requirements so much as guidelines; you can upload larger flags, so long as they don't go over the size (in kilobytes).
However, flags larger than about 300x200 pixels may distort people's pages, so it's a bad idea to go over that, and generally you can get the same effect with a smaller flag - 150x100 is about the largest I'd use.
