Bug? Nations Inactive for 30+ Days

I've noticed that in most cases nations that have no activity for 28 days are deleted, but sometimes a nation with many more days of inactivity persist. A few examples:

The Foreign Secretary - W Riding of Uber Yorkshire (http://www.nationstates.net/26233/page=display_nation/nation=uber_yorkshire) (inactive 49 days)

The Republic of Butanistan (http://www.nationstates.net/26233/page=display_nation/nation=butanistan) (inactive 47 days)

The Knurly Federation of Kwalstrom (http://www.nationstates.net/26233/page=display_nation/nation=kwalstrom) (inactive 29 days)

The Democratic States of Rebre (http://www.nationstates.net/26233/page=display_nation/nation=rebre) (inactive 39 days)

There are more, but the server is a bit slow. You get the idea.

I was wondering if there is some reason that some nations can outlast the 28-day expiration date, or if this might just be a bug uin the system. I've looked on this forum but haven't found mention of it elsewhere.

If you set a nation to Vacation Mode, they survive for 60 days' inactivity. I imagine that will be the case in these examples.

IF by this you mean "I am posting to every topic in Technical or Moderation whether I have anything useful to add or not", then the answer is 'Yes'.

If you know the exact answer and can provide a useful link to a mod ruling, then posting here is fine. If you start giving wrong answers, we will not be happy. If you post fluff after a mod has already ruled in the thread, that also makes us unhappy. In short, unless you're providing useful information that hasn't already been posted, don't post.

so I'm sorry. I won't post anything useful anymore.

But, rent-a-modding is when you act as mod and say something only mods should say, like "this thread should be closed" or "you should be deleted"...

Which you shouldn't be saying in the first place. It makes you look like you have authority here, which you don't.
