I've havn't recieved a new issue, and my current one has been pending for a while. I have it set at two new issues a day and im not on vacation mode.

Move to another region and back again. Also, check to see if you are getting daily issues or weekday issues. Make sure the Vacation mode box is unchecked. One of those should resolve it.

The issues are delivered at the daily update times, not 12 hours and 24 hours after you created your nation. Be just a little more patient, please.
