As I get more and more nations in my dossier that need my "special attention," I am finding that I need access to it more often. Unfortunately, I can only get to the dossier by going to my main nation page and then scrolling down and clicking the small 'dossier' link. I think that it would be easier for us who use the dossier feature a lot to be able to get at it better. Maybe a direct link in the sidebar would help us out.
I put this idea in awhile back and someone said it looked cool, and they see if they could do anything about it next time they looked at the files. But after that... nothing. So I'm looking for a moderator or admin to tell if this possible.

Also, just an unrelated question, how does one become a moderator?

With reguards to your suggestion, I'm sure that the admins are being kept busy with trying to get the current forum problems worked out.
