What the hell?

I was logged on as The Noble Men, playing NS as normal, then I refreshed the page to find this:

"Your IP address has registered several failed attempts to login within a short period. In the interests of system security, you have been blocked from attempting to login again for approximately 45 minutes."

What? I've not made any failed attempts to log in. What's going on?

If you're using a proxy to log on (used by all AOL users, some universities, some businesses), you'll get that message when anyone using the same proxy tries and fails. In your case, I believe your ISP uses a common gateway, which would produce the same results.

It's a network thing. Try not to understand it.
