hey i was just wondering if it's possible to do a 'skip to page number....' box or something in 'the world'. Coz frankly i can't be bothered to trawl through hundreds and thousands of countries whos names being w a or space or dash just to see what other kinds of interesting there are on the planet. sorry if that sounds at all rude. it's not meant to:D

No. Not techncially possible at this time. However, there is an alternative. Move your nation search out of the main frameset. (Shift-click on List all nations (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=list_nations)). Once there, advance to Page 2 to bring up this URL http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=list_nations/start=15By manually changing the /start=### number, you can advance thousands of nations instantly. A little judicial guesswork will get you into the right neighborhood in 3 or 4 guesses, and then you can advance the page numbers manually to find what you seek.
