My nation's issues won't stay the way i chose when I chose to accept a certain proposal. They just keep saying that my issues are unaddressed. :confused: :confused: :( :headbang: :headbang: :mad:

It's on your end.
Yeah, nobody like to hear that, but it is. Your browser is caching your pages, so you don't see the updates. It's also possible that you're using one of those high-speed dialup services, and they cache pages on the server side. Most annoying.
Hit <Crtl-F5> to force a refresh of your page, and I bet you that your missing 'resolved' issues show up. ... Unless you've got ISP caching, in which case I don't have a ready solution.
