5 to 7 million, I think. Depends on the size of your nation. 7 million is max.

I think it's 5-8 million a day actually. And that happens after a week or so of 1 million a day increases. Over time the changes kinda average out, but it's still random whether one nation gets a 5 million increase while another gets a 7 million.
