How the heck to log out -.-

I have been searching and searching and I cannot log out of this name and use the name of my new nation (this time Im actually making a nation that fits my views).
I have been searching and searching and I cannot log out of this name and use the name of my new nation (this time Im actually making a nation that fits my views).
One way is to go all the way "up" to jolt.co.uk/index.php? scroll all the way to the bottom and click "logout" and "Yes" to delete cookie.

MOUNT ARHAT
ISSUES
TELEGRAMS
SETTINGS
LOGOUT
YOUR REGION
THE WORLD
UNITED NATIONS
NEWS
FAQ
ABOUT
FORUM
Click on LOGOUT.

That only works for the actual NS site, not Jolt.
One way is to go all the way "up" to jolt.co.uk/index.php?
Which you can get to by clicking the 'home' button at the top of the page if you don't like typing...

That doesn't (necessarily) log you out from the forums.
