My nations name is Little Debra, and I'm trying to change my flag. I checked and made sure the size and type of file were correct, and they were, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if it's a bug. If someone could help me out, that'd be nice.

Maybe it's a stubborn cookie, did you try refreshing the page? Your flag right now is a cute cat with a melon or so on it's head:D

For some reason, it changed when I logged out and in again, but thanks for replying.
