why cant we see sigs? its weird because theyre there when youre logged out, but not when ur logged in! is there some anti-sig conspiracy going on here?

Check your settings. Go to profile (top left, under the N of NationStates), and go to 'Edit Options' (fourth one down). Check that 'Show Signatures' is checked.

I think of all the things the Jolt admins should work on, we'd all rather have our link from NS work. Or everyone unbanned that's supposed to be from the forums. Hopefully we're all bright enough to change our settings ourselves. :)
