Earlier browsing my region, I hovered over a nation name and lo! I beheld Nice Titles, a nice cream background with bold red text.
Where have they gone? Where they really ever here? ... Hello?...

Nice Titles (http://www.kryogenix.org/code/browser/nicetitle/). A neat little javascript that makes the title="" part of links look nice and pretty...I know I saw them...I'll be on the lookout o.o.

Your browser requires good DOM support for this to work. (For example, and ironically enough, I don't know whether this will actually work in Safari itself!)

You should be able to see them when you click on a link and drag.
