It would be cool if
It would be cool if in the menu where in the nunu it had Declare War, where when we pressed that button , It whould ask us What Nation do you want to declare war against, then we ask It what weapons we would like to be made, they the Nation fight to the death, and even when a nation is taken by the enemy you can call for help from other nations to help you in the war or to help you reclaim your nation.
That would be cool don't you think?

I personally don't, but others do, and others did. A long time ago. This is mentioned here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9457598&postcount=3), and even in the FAQ. War won't be added to the game: the mods have said that time and time again.
A 'war button' has been suggested as a feature for NS2, however. In the meantime, you're free to RP out your wars on the forums, or even use something like Battlegrounds or other war generators. But I strongly doubt you'll anything in-game.
I think I know the person who made this website, I think his on the sega boards.

I do know the person who made this website, and I'd be really surprised to hear that.

This guy? (http://www.maxbarry.com/max/) Really?
Somehow I doubt your friend is accurately representing himself as the author of this site.

I visit the Sega boards just to read around and i doubt that Max goes on them. If your "friend" does say that they are Max, then they are lying.

I think a war option and war calculator are necessary.

Well, they're not. The NS community has done ok for nearly 3 years, by fending for itself. They have built calculators, war engines, and have RPed, RPed and RPed. It's just the way it goes. I can almost categorically state that they won't be added to NS1; it seems likely they will be to NS2. Either way, NS1 is immensely enjoyable without them, and the forums largely eliminate the need.

War will not be added into NS1. Check out the NS2 forum.
