It would appear, at present, that you don't. The WFE is a way for regions to tell people about themselves - such as interests, rules, links, etc. - but it is only accessibly by the Founder or, sometimes, the UN Delegate.
If you want to be able to edit a WFE, you will need to found your own region, or become a delegate. (An invader delegate ransacking a WFE might, however, be looked down upon.)
