There are some regions that have Delegates who are lazy or not avalible to vote. I propose that if a delegate fails to vote on three consecutive issues, then that Delegate is required to give up power to the person with the secont most endorsements in the reigon untill the afore mentioned Delegate is able to resume their place and vote on another resolution.
Thank you for your time and please let me know what you think about the idea, and how you believe it should be modified. Also, if you are going to place this idea into motion let me know. Thank you! :D

Posting the same idea twice in different forums isn't generally a good idea. TH was perhaps right that this probably belonged in the Tech forum...but I think he was saying that such that a mod might move it (or lock and answer) rather than as a prompt for you to open a new thread.

Anyway, this sort of thing is very annoying...but unlikely to be changed. The mods have turned down similar requests in the past, and I believe there have been proposals about it, which have been deleted.

My suggestion would simply be to be watchful. If your delegate is inactive and doesn't respond to TGs, organize an internal revolution (being careful not to grief), or advertise for another delegate. There are always wannabe-delegates offering their services in the Gameplay forum.

And if it's someone else's region then, frustrating as it might be for the legislators, there isn't really much that you can do. I'm yet to encounter the idea of altruistic invasion.

You could always [Withdraw Your Endorsement] and encourage your regoinmates to do likewise.

Regional politics belongs to the players, not the mods or admins. If you make a mistake in 'hiring' a politician, it's up to you to resolve your own problem.
